Upon waking apply 2-3 drops of the RISE serum after your favorite cleanser and before your favorite moisturizer and spf (recommended 30 or higher!), before sleeping apply 2-3 drops of the REST serum after cleansing and before moisturizing. Since our serums act to hydrate the skin, if you have oily skin you may not need to follow up with a moisturizer.
